After my dog went into a corner while I was watching TV going back-and-forth, I went and checked on him and moved some stuff around and a rat ran into the kitchen. I swear to Jesus I almost lost my soul. I called BUGCO, and they were able to get me a same-day service. They sent Jovan out, and he was absolutely amazing. He showed me all the places they could get in, helped fix them, and set some traps. Jovan placed rodent boxes around my house, traps in my attic and in my living spaces because I was so scared. He informed me they would come back out and dispose of any and all rodents in the traps. THANK YOU Jovan for all that you did for me!!
