Matthew Collazo came out and helped me with a roach problem. I thought I had German roaches, and I was really freaking out. He assessed the situation, and, to my relief, he informed me that it was small tree roaches coming inside through the weep holes. I was super impressed with his knowledge and customer service so much that I switched over from my previous pest control company to Bugco.
