We conduct professional WDI Inspections utilizing the approved Texas Official Wood Destroying Insect Report for residences during the Real Estate Transaction process . The WDI inspection is an important part of a Real Estate Transaction. The main purpose of the WDI inspection report is to inform the buyer as to whether or not the subject home has evidence of active or previous WDI infestation, previous treatments, or has conditions conducive to WDI's.
