About Us

 

John Onofrey, principal founding member and Texas State licensed Commercial Technician. An avid real estate investor, Texas State licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, and craftsman, John has inspected, demolished, repaired and replaced every component (many times over) found in single-family homes. Along with his experience, Mr. Onofrey has completed extensive college education and study in the areas of Pest Control and building inspection technology including coursework at Texas A&M University System, Texas Engineering Extension Service and Houston Community College. Mr. Onofrey served in the United States Marine Corps where he was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps medal for Heroism, the Marine Corps Expeditionary medal, Good Conduct medal and Sea Service deployment ribbon. His professional memberships include, Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Houston Association of Realtors.  Mr. Onofrey Currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors Fort Bend Chapter www.fortbendtarei.com as Director of Marketing and Public Relations and served on the original Steering Committee for the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors as a member at large.

The cockroach diet.
A cockroach can live nine days without eating. This is also the same amount of time that the body of a cockroach can live after its head has been cut off before it eventually dies from starvation.
